I have been itching and itching to get my paws on it, and had all these ideas about doing a wedding photo or two with it... just fiddled around and in half an hour this is what I was staring at!! ROTFL. ooh i love those LOs that just come together with no effort.... havent had one for a while.

ANyway not much more to tell.... been madly pumping out the layouts this week for Lauren and Faith cos ive only just joined each team and wanted to use a few kits before going away.

Speaking of which.. only 2 more days of work for me!!!! yippeeeeeee not flying out until the 11th but I just needed those extra days off. The whole week I have been bored and restless just waiting for Friday when I am home!!

hmm.. well I have gotta keep taking as many pics of Jess as possible!!! She has started weeing on the carpet and on the dogs beds.. sooooooo time to think about taking her to the vet with a one way ticket! Poor thing.. she is 16, turning 17 in October and just sooo skinny even though she eats like pig!! LOL I have had her since I was 8!

Funny story about how I got her... I was 8 and we had chicken for dinner. Dad and I had a wishbone, and as usual i wished for a cat (mum and dad HATE cats so I knew they wouldnt get me one... had to ask my fairy godmother for one instead...)
ANYWAY so i wished on this wish bone, and I won!! And would you believe.. in a few days a stray tom cat appeared in our yard.. all scabby and scarred and obviously just been in a fight. I didnt care. I fed him dog biscuits and cared for him. Mum hosed him, dad threw rocks at him.. but because he was getting fed he wasnt going anywhere!!! fast forward 2 weeks.. I had the cat inside, was SOOOO attached to him and he wouldnt leave. Mum arranged with the next door neighbour {who used to work ina vet} to get him desexed on a Thursday afternoon, resigning herself to the fact that we adopted this pussy cat.

WELL HE had other ideas and did a runner before we could get the operation done. LOL ANd wasnt I devastated!!!! Mum was saying how he's gone to befriend another little girl, and thats what he does, hes not one persons pet, he gets shared. Meanwhile, I kept going on about how God gave me that cat because I wished for him, and she made him run away because he didnt want to get operated on {And who could blame him??!!}
so they gave in.. scoured the paper for a Free to good home ad, I went to this lady's house and had all these cats sitting on my lap.. and I pick the moody cranky, and unsociable one sitting in the corner with her back to me!!! ROTFL. And she hasnt changed! She is (and always has been) very temperamental, very mean and very spiteful! LOL But I love her anyway :) I still have scars on my arm that she did 10 years ago.. *YAWN* funny how I get on here to show of a LO and end up having a huge conversation with the keyboard.....

ANYWAY enough rambling from me. Told Travis to make a mini coffin and line it with pink silk to bury Jessie in when she dies!!! ROTFL wonder if anyone actually does that kinda stuff??? LOL I used to want her stuffed (when i was 10) but thats a bit freaky... I know our vet cremates them and puts them in a pretty urn with a nice verse.. dunno if Travis is too keen on that idea though!! hahahaha

well, going to finish off my scotch and coke and head off to bed!! Hope everyone has a great week / night / day... kath day night.. lol im tired.
