grrrr...

Well.. we bought the dogs a car harness each on Sunday... Dh left them on the dining table after trying them on and making sure they fit... We leave the dogs in the cool airconditioned house - locked in thye dining room - for about 30 minutes while we went for a walk... came back home, they had gotten BOTH harnesses down and chewed both of them!!! All the clips / buckels are broken!! LOL And we hadnt even used them properly yet!!!!!!!!! Naughty things they are...... Only lasted 3 days and no uses... $40 down the drain!! LOL I cnat help but laugh though, cos when we picked them up off the foor, the dogs assumed position ready to get them put on go for a walk :) Funny things!!!!!

HAHAHAHA I just had to catch a cockroach and made the biggest song and dance out of it!!!! The girl in the office next door to me was carrying on cos she had a dirty biiiiig black cockroach crawling up her wall.... LOL Being scared of them myself, I grabbed a mug (one that she doesnt use) and a piece of paper, herded it into the mug and covered it.. well didnt we scream when it went flying through the air!! LOL Lucky my reflexes worked and i managed to trap it in the cup.. phew. had some managers and the secretary come running to see what the problem was!!! hhahaaa

Well... i was going thru all my photos yesterday just looking for something funny to scrap, and OMG I never realised how many STUPID pictures I have of my husband!!!!!!! One iwth big headphones on and cake seeping down his chin.. him sitting on the lounge with a cuppa tea wearing his brand new crash helmet watching cricket and looking sooooo vacant!!! hahahha and that is just the tip of the iceberg!! So many more that i have on paper photos too :)

So i decided I am going to get them all together and make a LO of his antics... will end up being a double page one I am sure!!! hahhaha.. definately will get posted up in the gallery!!!! :) So stay Tuned!!! LOL

mm we went to lunch today.. the lady whom i rescued from the cockroach is leaving us, friday is her last day and she is sooo nice. so we went out to lunch and I had a biiig bowl of pasta (so delicious) and it only cost $7!!! Filled me up too i really struggled to finish it :) So time for a cuppa tea for me!!!!

Been so busy today! This last week of work is just jam packed... my feet are sore and blistered from walking around all day and I am so glad to have kicked them off, put my feet up and relax with my nutella sandwiches, grapes adn rockmelon for lunch!!!!! :)

Well, on Saturday we had Christmas lunch at DH's parents place, as his sister wont be around for Chrissie. Which worked out well cos now we dont have to rush around this Sunday :) Got some nice 8x8 frames for framing my digi LO's :) and pleanty of other stuff as well. So that was nice, and on Sunday we decided to go to Glenbrook, in the Blue mtns national park. We wandered down to Blue Pool, a nice little swimming hole with some great rocks to lounge about on, catch some sun and read some scrappin mags :) I have loooooots of pics at home (got way to carried away snapping cos I was bored) so I will post one when I get back. Anyway I had my cossies on relaxing away for a few hours... I covered myself in sunscreen, all but one little patch near my shoulders which is now read and sore!!!! LOL Good to know that it works so well cos the other parts of me have turned nice and brown... cept for the big red blotch!!! hahahaa

Anyway I want a new digital camera.. starting to research what I want and prices etc but im not holding my breath to get one anytime soon... seeing as in the last month we just bought a laptop, DVD burner, Photo printer AND we have an impending trip to New Zealand lined up for Easter!!! LOL Although he said we might be able to get one in time for our trip, whcih would be nice ;)
Im sooo tired. Was up at 5:00am today going for an early morning walk. I dont have motivation to go after work.. I just need to sit for 5 minutes and thats it.. no getting up for exercise for me!! LOL So early mornings it is...
Well, lunch is finished :( Back to work now!!!

First Blog :)

hmm.. well my first blog! Well.. im on my lunch break, reading scrapping mags and looking at the digi scrapping sites for some much wanted kits :) hehe Everyday I send myself an email home with the links of all the great kits I want!! hehehe

Hubby bought (me) us a laptop so I can sit next to him on the lounge and scrap :) How thoughtful.. now I can spend quality time with him after work while I scrap!! hehehehe Works well for both of us, until he throws his comments in and tells me what should go where!!! LOL

Anyway I woke up with a headache and sore throat this morning :( Tempted to not come in to work, but I had a few inspections prebooked so i had to :( Not happy Jan. Especially when the MAIN one that the guy was pushing and pushing for me to squeeze him in didnt turn up... I waited HALF AN HOUR for this guy and he didnt show. Next time when he wants me to bend over backwards to accomodate him, he can FORGET it!!! PLUS I had a whole container of cut pineapple which I took in to work yesterday but didnt get around to eating.. turn up this morning and most of it has mysteriously disppeared!!!! Who would go through soemone elses to food containers and steal pineapple?????!!!!!!! Lucky I wasnt counting on having that as my lunch or something. Hasnt been a great day today.. BUT I have my yummy chocolate chip muffin (with EXTRA EXTRA nestle choch chip bits thrown in!! LOTS of them!!!!!!) mmm looking fwd to that :)

We are closing the offices between christmas / new year so I am SOOOOOO looking forward to that break.
